Krowki (Little Cows) Polish candy

Making Krowki was really easy. It’s pretty much the same as any other fudge I have ever tasted. Everyone that tasted it loved it, and we ended up making more to enjoy at home

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups plus 1 teaspoon milk
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) butter
  • 6 tablespoons powdered milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the milk, sugar and condensed milk over very low heat for 1
hour. Remove from heat. Add the butter and powdered milk and mix
well. Lay out on a cooking sheet at a thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut
into squares, let cool and harden
