Ingredients
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 3 Tbs Flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbs fresh chopped dill
- 1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour until frothy. Let bubble 2 minutes. Gradually stir in beef broth until smooth. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring often.
Stir in sour cream, fresh dill and lemon peel. Serve immediately.
