Spinach Balls

  • 2 pkgs. chopped spinach (frozen box thawed out)
  • 2 cups Pepperidge farm stuffing crumbs
  • 3/4 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs beaten


Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Cook spinach and drain well (squeeze until no more water comes out). Mix remainder of ingredients with spinach thoroughly. Make into walnut size balls.

Bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

You can freeze these in a plastic freezer bag. Heat 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees when you want them.
