- 2 pkgs. chopped spinach (frozen box thawed out)
- 2 cups Pepperidge farm stuffing crumbs
- 3/4 cup soft butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs beaten
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 30mins
Cook spinach and drain well (squeeze until no more water comes out). Mix remainder of ingredients with spinach thoroughly. Make into walnut size balls.
Bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
You can freeze these in a plastic freezer bag. Heat 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees when you want them.
