Ingredients
- 1 - 16.4 oz tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 c peach preserves
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 3/4 c toasted pecan pieces
- powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation
Step 1
Bake in pre-heated 350* oven.
Spread cookie dough in lightly greased 7x11 pan and press pecans into dough.
Bake 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
Mix preserves and corn starch in microwavable bowl.
Microwave 1 minute and stir. Microwave another 1.5-2 minutes until bubbly.
Pour over crust and bake an additional 8 minutes.
Cool, cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
