Ingredients

  • 1 32Oz back frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
  • 8 Oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Can cram of Chicken Soup (I use celery)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together & pour into greased 13X9 pan.

Top w/2 cups crushed corn flake cereal and 1 stick melted butter.
Bake 350° for 1 Hour.

You can switch out the corn flakes with crushed Ritz crackers or toasted Panko.
