- 2 lbs small red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 T honey
- 3 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t pepper

Step 1
Place the potatoes in a 15 x 10in baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle with butter and honey. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Toss to coat. Bake , uncovered stirring once
