Scotch Treats

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies®
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 package butterscotch pieces, 6 oz

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place cereal in large mixing bowl. Set aside.

2. Melt over hot, not boiling water, butterscotch pieces and peanut butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour over cereal. Stir until well coated. Press mixture evenly into buttered 9x9x2" pan.

3. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into 1 1/2" squares.
