Ingredients
- 1/2 pound melted butter
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 bar paraffin wax
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix butter, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and peanut butter. Add more sugar if mixture is too sticky.
2. Form into small eggs and refrigerate until firm.
3. When firm; dip into chocolate coating mix and store in refrigerator.
4. Chocolate coating mix: Melt chocolate chips and wax.
