Mike's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • 5 slices bread-broken
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 lb. sausage-loose, fried and drained

Preparation

Step 1

You may substitute prepared mustard and 8 oz. Velveeta for the dry mustard and Cheddar cheese.
Grease 9x12-inch pan and put bread in bottom. Beat eggs and milk together. Mix cooked and drained sausage with the cheese and mustard, spread over the bread. Pour milk and egg mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
