Swiss Vegetable Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 jar (4 oz) chopped pimiento, drained (optional)
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee French Fried Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can French Fried Onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
