Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes (slightly thawed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4-1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1/2-1 stick melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together listed ingredients and put in grased 9x13-inch pan. Mix together topping ingredients and spread over the top of potato mixture. Bake 1 hour uncovered in 350-degree oven.
