Ingredients
- 2 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeded and cut lengthwise
- 3 T. Mayonnaise
- Scant 1 tsp. salt
- 5 T. prepared mustard
- 3/4 c. sweet pickle juice
- 1/8 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor blend egg yolks until fine crumbs. Add Mayo, mustard, pickle juice, vinegar and salt. Place mixture in plastic bag, cut off tiny corner and pipe into egg white halves.
