Ingredients
- 1 pint large raw oysters
- Butter
- Pepper (to taste)
- 2 quart milk
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Clean oysters. Melt butter in large pot over low heat so it does not burn. Add oysters and cook until the edges become wavy. Add milk and continue to heat on low heat. Do not let the milk boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
