Grammy's Ground Beef Cheddar Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup cheddar cheese (4 oz)
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 3/4 cup Bisquick
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate.

Cook onion and ground beef; spread into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

Blend remaining ingredients; pour over the top of the meat mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes.
