Ingredients
- 1 dozen apples, cubed
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- 1 dozen miniature marshmallows
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 T. butter
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 1 juice lemon or 2 T. Real lemon
- 1 lb. white grapes or 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple, reserve liquid. Take reserved pineapple liquid, 3 beaten eggs, sugar, butter, flour and cook until thick. Cool mixture. Mix with Cool Whip. Combine balance of ingredients and mix with pudding. Refrigerate until serving.
