Homemade Brownie Mix

Dry mix that can be stored in plastic bag or container. Microwave brownie using this mix follows.

Ingredients

• Dry mix ingredients
• 3 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups unsweetened cocca
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Browine ingredients
• 2 cups dry brownie mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• nonstick spray

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in large recloseable bag. Seal. Shake until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Store in plastic bag or tightly covered container. Shake well or mix before using.

Microwave browine directions
In medium bowl, combine mix, eggs, and mayo, stir until well blended.
Spray microproof 10x6 inch baking dish with non stick spray. Spread batter evenly in baking dish. Microwave 9 minutes or until surface firm to touch.
