Hurry Up Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.

Layer chicken and vegetables. Mix soup, chicken broth and salt and pepper, and pour over layers.

Stir together biscuit mix and milk; pour over casserole.

Bake until the topping is golden, 30 - 40 minutes.
