Ingredients
- 3 c. half-and-half
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (32 oz) frozen southern style hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. parmesan
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan combine the cream, butter and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted. Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish; pour cream mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-55 min or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
