Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 can white corn, drained
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can French cut string beans, drained
  • 1 can waxed beans, drained
  • 1 small jar pimiento, drained
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Cool slightly. add oil and celery seed. Pour over veggies and marinate overnight.
