Raspberry and Orange Smoothie

Can be halved. Half makes about 1 glass full or 2 children size servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup raspberries (frozen work great)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ice (a/b 6 cubes)
  • sugar to taste (a/b 1 tsp makes it slightly sweeter)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
