Baked Clams (Grammy's)

Ingredients

  • 1 can Progresso Minced Clams, strained (reserve juice)
  • Olive oil to sauté
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • S & P
  • fresh parsley sprigs
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté the garlic in the olive oil; retain oil. Remove the garlic, add to it the clams, S & P, parsley. Add bread crumbs (?) and enough reserved clam juice to proper consistency (?).

Fill clam shells about 3/4 full, and top with a drop of olive oil and a sprig of parsley.

Heat in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes and enjoy!
