Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 T. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 t. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs and cheese in shallow bowl. Dip chops in egg and coat with crumb mixture. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
