Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef chuck stew meat, cut into 1” cubes
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 potatoes, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, salt and pepper together and coat meat.
Place meat in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
