Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T. dry cooking sherry
Preparation
Step 1
Place the chicken wings in the slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the wings. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
