This quick and easy pasta dish is a great way to mix up the normal pasta and jarred sauce during a busy work week. Kids will love this, and adults will love how easy it is!
- 1 package store bought frozen cheese raviolis
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp water
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- tomato pasta sauce for serving (optional)
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 15mins
Heat enough Olive Oil to coat the bottom of a round stovetop pan.
Meanwhile, beat two eggs and water together in a bowl. Set aside.
Pour bread crumbs into separate bowl. Set aside.
Remove frozen ravioli from freezer.
Dredge raviolis in egg mixture, and coat in bread crumbs.
Repeat until all raviolis are breaded.
Add to heated oil and cook until browned and each side--about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
