BEST White Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box Duncan Hines White cake mix
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 4 egg whites
• 1 1/3 cups water
• 2 Tbs vegetable oil
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp CLEAR vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients with whisk, then add wet ingredients.

Beat about 30 seconds till mix is just about blended. Then beat on medium speed two minutes until fluffy & well combined.

For cakes & cupcakes: bake according to box directions.
