Glazed Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz) white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. lemon-lime soda
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

In mixing bowl combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs; beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Gradually beat in soda.

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.

Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth; carefully spread over warm cake. Cool on a wire rack.
