Ingredients
- 6 c. beet juice
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 boxes Sure Jell
- 6 oz. box raspberry Jell-o
- 2 1/2 lbs. beets, cooked
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Bring to a hard boil the beet juice, lemon juice and Sure Jell. Then add sugar and Jell-o. Bring to boil for six minutes. Seal.
