Slow Bake Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 large potato, cubed (1 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 box frozen peas
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 2 med. onions, chopped (fairly large pieces)
  • 1 tsp. salt, dash of beffer
  • 1 can Campbells tomato soup -- thinned with 1/2 can of water

Preparation

Step 1

Preat oven to 275 degrees. Mix all ingredients and bake, covered, 5 hours. Serve with biscuits.
