Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine flour and salt.

2. In another bowl beat egg yolks; add sour cream. Mix until well blended. Add melted butter; mix. Add flour mixture to egg-sour cream mixture. Let stand 1/2 hour.

3. On floured board, knead well. Roll out 1/8" thick. Cut into 3" rounds. Place a little water around edge of dough and fold over.

4. Fill with favorite filling and boil in boiling water for 5 minutes.

5. My favorite filling is ground cooked pork with sauteed onions and mushrooms.
