Ingredients
- pig hocks
- 12 whole black peppercorn
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Par boil pig hocks then change to clear water and boil for about 2 hours or until soft. Add salt while boiling and then about 1 hour before hocks are soft add pepper and garlic.
2. Remove hocks from water and cut into small pieces. Put back in water and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Pour into pan and chill.
