Chicken Empenada

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken
  • 1- 8oz pk cheddar/jack cheese
  • 1/4 tsp red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 tbs cumin
  • Salt/pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well; will be stiff: Refrigerated pie crust- Use large biscuit cutter and cut out dough- place filling in the middle, place water on edge ( just to dampen) fold over and with fork press together- Place on sprayed cookie sheet- Beat 1 egg and brush top of crusts- Bake 15 min at 400*
