Chicken: Marinated Chicken Fillets

Ingredients

  • ◦2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced in fillets
  • ◦1/4 cup olive oil
  • ◦1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • ◦1 garlic clove, minced
  • ◦1 tsp. onion powder
  • ◦1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ◦1/2 tsp. thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a zipper baggie and mix well.

Slice breasts in half crosswise, making two thin fillets from each. Add the chicken to the bag seal and marinate 2 hours or longer, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat until done, turning once.
