- 1 1 1 cup frozen berries (I use blackberries and black cherries from our family's garden, but Costco has the best and most economical bag. The less strawberries the better as these are particularly high in sugar. Blueberries and blackberries are best!)
- 1 1 2-4 large banana (Tip: I buy bananas in bulk from Costco or on sale, peel them, break them into two and freeze 2-4 pieces individually in ziplock bags. This way, the bananas never go bad and are always at arm's reach)

1. Blend all ingredients in your blender and enjoy with a straw!
One serving of this a day, or even every other day, and you should be good to go!
