Scallops - Parmesan Crusted & Baked

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Onion flavored Melba toast rounds (9) finely crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley Minced
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Sea Scallops
  • 4 Lemon Wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag and set aside. Brush scallops with margarine. Add scallops to bag, and seal, shake to coat.

Place scallops on a broiler pan coated with Pam. Broil 10 minutes til done. Serve with lemon wedges.
