Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onions diced
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 T garlic diced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 T oregano dried
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 T fresh basil
- 1 T fresh parsley
- 1 t garlic salt
- 3 T tomato paste
- 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
saute onion, celery, garlic in olive oil. When tender add the mushrooms til tender, then add the hamburger, oregano.
When hamburger is no longer pink add the rest of ingredients and simmer.
