Ingredients
- 1 lb Velvetta, shredded
- 1/2 lb old Cheddar, shredded
- 4 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 can (4 oz) jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
In 6 cup casserole, combine cheeses, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and garlic. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbling. Let cool slightly and serve.
