Grilled pizza..peaches and brie
- pizza dough
- sliced peaches
- chopped bacon
1) preheat one side of grill to md high, the other side on low. place dough on hot side and close lid for 2-3 minutes. the crust will bubble and grill marks will show.
2) use tongs to flip dough over and move to low side of grill. brush with evoo and add peaches and brie
3) return pie to hot side of grill and cook til cheese melts.
4) sprinkle with chopped bacon and tarragon
