Ingredients
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
- coarse salt
- black pepper

Step 1
Whisk together the mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar. Slowly whisk in the oils, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
