Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp veg oil
  • 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
  • coarse salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together the mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar. Slowly whisk in the oils, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
