KATHY'S CRAB MEAT MOUSSE
Mo9lded salad that works very well with shrimp or lobster
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (25 cc)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 cc)
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 7oz can crab meat
- 1 cup celery finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Dissolve gelatin in water. Heat soup, add gelatin, and cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased mold or bowl.
Chill overnight or until firm.
Serve with crackers or buffet rye
