Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups mung beans
- 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
- Sauce
- 2 TBSN sesame seed oil
- 2 TBSN tamari--(gluten free, preferred)
- 1 TBSN chopped coriander leaf
- 1/2 tsp powdered raw cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, soaked, 2-3 hours
Preparation
Step 1
Combine veggies and place in a bowl. Puree
the sauce ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Toss gently and let sit for 30 minutes before serving . Makes 6 servings
