Salad of Sesame Seeds and Broccoli Salad Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups mung beans
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • Sauce
  • 2 TBSN sesame seed oil
  • 2 TBSN tamari--(gluten free, preferred)
  • 1 TBSN chopped coriander leaf
  • 1/2 tsp powdered raw cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, soaked, 2-3 hours

Preparation

Step 1


Combine veggies and place in a bowl. Puree
the sauce ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Toss gently and let sit for 30 minutes before serving . Makes 6 servings
