Sugar Cookie Bars

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 C. Butter
• 2 C. Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• 4 C. Flour
• 2 tsp. Almond Extract
• Frosting:
• 1/2 C. Butter
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
• 2 tsp. Almond Extract
• 4 C. Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Cream together the butter and sugar. Then add the other crust ingredients and mix. Pat into a bar pan and bake at 350 for 25 min, then let cool.

Frosting:
Make sure the butter and cream cheese are at room temp. Mix all ingredients and frost bars. Enjoy!
