Nine Day Coleslaw

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1 pkg cabbage squeeze out
• all liquid
• 1 red pepper chopped
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 1 celery stalk chopped
• 1 cup Vinegar( I used Apple
• Cider)
• 1/2 cup Trivia or Zytol
• 1 tsp mustard seed
• 1 tsp celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook on medium until Trivia is melted about 3 min. Cool.
Pour over cabage and refrigerate for 24hrs. Pour off excess dressing. Keeps for 9 days! It has a nice sweet/ sour taste. Enjoy!!
