- 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 2 large onions
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
Mix all ingredients well and shope into walnut sized balls. Freeze on a cookie sheet.
To serve, preheat oven to 350. Place frozen balls in oven and bake until browned. about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
