Mustard Crumb Chicken Wings with Honey Mustard Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plain bread cumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, cut in half( wing and leg)
  • Honey mustard Dip
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
2. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese, paprika , salt and pepperin ziploc bag
3. Combine garlic and dijon mustard in large bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
3. Transfer several pieces to ziploc bag and shake well to coat chicken. Arrange chicken wings on rimmed baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken
4. Bake for 30 -45 miniutes until chicken is brown and crisy and cooked
5. Remove from Oven and place on a serving Platter with dip

To Make Dip
Combine honey and dijon mustard in a small bowl.Sir until combined
