Ingredients

• 3 C. Flour
• 2 C. Sugar
• 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 2 C. Water
• 3/4 C. Oil
• 2 Tbsp. Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together with an electric mixer and bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 30-35 min.
