Ingredients
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 C. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 C. grated carrots

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking soda together. Add beaten eggs and oil. Stir. Add grated carrots and mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350 for 35 mins. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting. (see recipes for frosting)
