Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • Store-bought pizza dough
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan1 cup of mozzarella
  • 3 tsp of fresh thyme, plus sprigs for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Add garlic and salt to olive oil and stir.
Pluck thyme leaves and put into olive oil.
Using olive oil, line cast iron pan to prevent dough from sticking. Form balls of dough and place into oiled cast iron pan.
Pour olive oil mixture over dough.
Sprinkle cheese over the dough.
Place sprigs of thyme over the top of the cheese and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
