Ingredients
- 3 lbs. sweet sausage-skinned
- 1 large can Hunts Sauce
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 1 small onion
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley, minced
- 1 small can Mushrooms-pieces and stems
Preparation
Step 1
Fry sausage with onion and pepper breaking sausage apart. Cover and cook until brown. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 1/2 hour in frying pan.
