Tiny Chocolate Chip Bites 1 Picture


  • 2/3 c. butter, softened
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1

Combine butter, sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Reduce speed to low; add flour and beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop dough by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, 1-1/2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes, until golden. Cool on wire racks.

Makes 12 dozen.
